Aggregate Production Flow / Process
Aggregate Production Process is mainly including the following stages: extraction,crushing, screening, sand production(sand processing/sizing) .
Also , we have talk about the handling, stockpiling, and shipping of the product up to the point where the material leaves the Producer's control. Processing influences mineral quality and integrity, aggregate physical properties, and, in particular, gradation (size control). Establishing a stable production process may reduce variability of the product.

Application
There are different aggregate products for various industrial application.
Coarse aggregate：
1. In asphalt mixture used, the coarse aggregate is more that 2.36mm crushed stone,crushed gravel,screened gravel and slag in diameter.
2. In cement concrete used, the coarse aggregate is more that 4.75mm crushed stone, gravel and crushed gravel in diameter.
Crushed sand：
Crushed stone and gravel is processed by sand making machine repeatly, and get manufactured sand in 2.36mm diameter,named crushed sand.
Crushed stone dust：
It is left at quarry stone crushing site that can pass through minimum screen mesh(it is usually 2.36mm or 4.75mm),which is called screenings.
