How High Pressure Suspension Grinder works?
In the main frame, a powered pressure spring is fixed to the roller league. After running the grinding mill, the roller rotates around the main shaft, and rollers pressed against the ring near the high pressure spring. Sorter drive the rotation of the impeller. The speed of the sorter determines the grain size.
After being grinded, the materials should be directed to the sorter along the wind belt blower and the rough powder will be put back into the grinding mill for regrinding. The fine powder flows into the cyclone collector of the product with airflow and is expelled from the powder output pipe as demolition producto.En compartment, since the materials may contain moisture to some extent, the heat generated during grinding makes the moisture evaporate, since the pipeline joints are not airtight, the external air is sucked in and the mass of the airflow increases. To allow the grinding mill work under negative pressures, the increased airflow is directed to deduster back on the atmosphere after purification.

Every four groups put oil in the bearing of the main frame and each month bearing blower. The room temperature of the bearing does not exceed 70 degrees. Clean the bearing and the fourth when changing rolls. There is enough space in the installation of bearing.
